Office Coffee Panic
Has this ever happened to you? Maybe the coffee maker is broken or not enough coffee was ordered. Regardless, when everyone comes in to the kitchen and their morning or afternoon cup of coffee is not readily available, absolute panic/hysteria can set in. This starts with the employees and eventually that stress makes it's way to the Office Manager/Administrator who usually handles the coffee service, amongst many other things in the office. What is usually not a big deal can become a very big deal?!? What happens next is what determines what kind of coffee service you have. Is your call for help answered by a person or are you put into voicemial? Is the problem fixed in a timely manner? Will your current coffee service go out of their way to make sure you get serviced properly?
